The DA1600x1000-2 turntable shot blasting machine is designed for cleaning and surface preparation of metal components. By means of wheel blasting, rust, mill scale, casting residues and/or other contaminants are effectively removed. The machine is suitable for a wide range of workpieces up to 1000 kg and 1000 mm in height, and is used in industries where a reproducible and uniform surface quality is required, such as metalworking and structural fabrication.
Workpieces are placed on a turntable that rotates during the blasting process. Two turbines project blasting media at high speed onto the surface, ensuring uniform treatment on all sides. After use, the blasting media is collected, cleaned via an airwash system, and recirculated. Dust and fine particles inside the blasting chamber are extracted via a dust extraction system with cartridge filter. The machine is fully enclosed, lined with wear-resistant materials, and centrally controlled via a PLC-based control cabinet.
